Trump pardoned violent criminals; now he seeks to make them rich

There is no loyalty in the Republican Party to anyone or anything but President Donald J. Trump.

The Republican party owns the latest scam Trump pulled on our country. He sued the IRS for 10 billion dollars for being one of over 4,000 people whose tax returns were leaked five years ago.

The scam, the grift, the fraud is that no one can sue themselves. Trump, as President, has executive authority over both the Defendant IRS and over the defense, the Department of Justice. He is both the plaintiff and the defendant.

Todd Blanche, the Attorney General whose job is to defend the United States and who was also Trump’s own personal lawyer, did nothing to stop the fraud.

It would have been dismissed immediately by any federal judge on a motion to dismiss asserting that:

• The statute of limitations on the suit was two years, and the suit was brought after five years.
• No one can sue themselves and Trump has authority over both the IRS and DOJ.
• A U.S. statute limits the damages for the allegations in Trump’s suit to $1,000.
• In any non-fraudulent legal suit, Blanche would be prosecuted for fraud or disbarred for legal incompetence.

So instead of trying the case — bringing it before a judge, Blanche “settled” it for 1.8 billion dollars — that’s 1,800 million dollars.

In addition, for Trump dropping his fraudulent suit, the IRS which Trump has authority over, gave Trump and Don Jr., and Eric Trump total immunity from all their tax scams past and future.

Now Trump will give millions to the thugs who beat and desecrated our nation’s capital. Not only has Trump pardoned violent criminals, he is now making them rich with our tax money.

All this happens in public view — not behind the scenes. Integrity, rule of law, honor, commitment to justice is a thing of the past. Trump and his cowering Republican Party are busy destroying all we hold dear in America.
