How do I change my password?

If you are logged out of your account, look for an option on the log-in pop up that says “Forgot your password?”.

When you click that text you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your The Paper account. After entering your email address you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Click on the link and create a new password that is at least 8 characters, does not contain repeating characters (e.g., 111), and does not contain sequential numbers (e.g., 123). Once created, submit the password.

You will be prompted to return to the log in page, where you should enter your email address and new password.
