North American Wrestling Alliance (NAWA) Heavyweight Champion Justin Kindred-Allen, shown here holding the belt aloft during a previous NAWA show, will defend his title against Drew Hood in the main event of the promotion’s next show on May 30 at the Burke County Fairgrounds in Morganton. Kindred-Allen has reigned as NAWA Heavyweight Champion since Oct. 4, 2025, and his match at “NAWA: Mayhem” is one of six matches scheduled to take place. The American Wrestling League Light Heavyweight Title will also be on the line as Saintt Julious defends against Zay Vega, while other singles contests include Atom Honu versus Warden, Jay Cage versus Curtis Robertson, and a women’s match between Ameera Roze and Airica Demia. The inclusion of Demia is particularly noteworthy, as the 21-year-old was presented with a WWE ID (World Wrestling Entertainment Independent Development) contract in March, signifying that the company sees her as a rising star. In fact, she has already wrestled three matches on WWE Evolve — a TV program that streams on Tubi every Wednesday — under the ring name Anya Rune. A six-man tag team match pitting Luke Fury and Moonshine Express (Big Nasty and Dusty Money) against Duke Patterson, Robert Allen, and Steve Allen is also slated for the upcoming show, which will be the fourth that NAWA has held in Morganton in 2026. Doors open at 6 p.m., the main show begins at 7 p.m., and tickets are $10 for everyone except children ages 5 and under, who get in for free with a paid adult. Free parking is also available at the Burke County Fairgrounds, while concessions will be sold during the show and tickets can be purchased online at tinyurl.com/yzcw2w5v.
