Ribbon cutting for Flynn House remodel

The Burke County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on Oct. 15 for Burke Recovery’s Flynn House Remodel at 721 W. Union St., Morganton. Chairman Chantiza Pucen and Executive Director Drew Amburn of Burke Recovery cut the ribbon alongside Morganton Mayor Ronnie Thompson, board members, team members, friends, and supporters. Also in attendance were City of Morganton Councilman Butch McSwain; Burke County Commissioner Mike Stroud; President and CEO of the Burke County Chamber of Commerce Tonia Stephenson; and Chamber ambassadors Jonathan Craven, Janet Hannah, Kelly Messenheimer, and Kale Wright.
