The event will also include a 50/50 raffle and a wine pool, with proceeds supporting Burke County United Way’s work in the community.
“The Kentucky Derby Party is one of several exciting events we have planned throughout 2026 as we celebrate 70 years of serving Burke County,” said Abigail Taylor, marketing and communications director for Burke County United Way.
Organizers encourage attendees to wear traditional Derby attire, including spring dresses, hats or fascinators, and blazers or lightweight suits.
Tickets are $75 per person and must be reserved by April 26 at bcuw.org/derby.
Since its founding in 1956, Burke County United Way has supported local residents through programs focused on financial empowerment, child care assistance, and youth success initiatives, working with community partners to strengthen families across Burke County.
