Burke County Chamber ribbon cutting celebrations
On July 17, the Burke County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for Your TBR Events. Lori Thorn, owner of Your TBR Events, cut the ribbon alongside Morganton Mayor Ronnie Thompson, partners, family members, friends, and supporters. Also in attendance were Burke County Commissioner Mike Stroud; President of Western Piedmont Community College Dr. Joel Welch; President & CEO of Burke Development, Inc., Brandon Ruppe; President and CEO of the Burke County Chamber of Commerce Tonia Stephenson; Burke Chamber Board Member Tonya Little; Burke Chamber Ambassadors Mackenzie Bostian-Adams, Carl Beardsworth, Ryan Cato, Jonathan Craven, Gerald Greene, Lindsey Hazelhurst, Kelly Messenheimer, and Andrew Ortiz.
