Freedom gets in its girls hoops camp

Better late than never. After announcing this summer’s event would be canceled due to floor renovations on campus at Crump-Rogers Gymnasium, work was finished in time for the Freedom girls basketball program to hold its annual youth camp after all, from July 27-29, as the storied FHS program welcomed around 30 aspiring future Lady Patriots. “All of our campers did a great job this week,” reported longtime Freedom head coach Amber Reddick, who along with her players and staff, guided the campers through drills and activities.
