99-year-old at No Kings protest

Louise Morgan, of Valdese, may not have been the oldest person at the No Kings demonstration held in downtown Morganton on Saturday, Oct. 18, but she must have been close. Morgan, 99, held a sign that read, “Not in my 99 years did I think America would become a dictatorship.” With Morgan at the protest was Bruce Ervin of Morganton.
