Help Caldwell County Animal Care Enforcement help others

Caldwell County Animal Care asks the community to donate to its new Animal Food Pantry. Established in memory of Deb Hall, the Animal Food Pantry provides pet food and supplies to pet parents in need.

“Thanks to the support of the late Deb Hall, we have established an Animal Food Pantry to help neighbors in need care for their pets,” said Animal Care and Enforcement Director Richard Gilliland. “We hope the community will support our efforts and give generously to the pantry.”

To maintain the pantry, Animal Care will accept donations of items such as dog and cat food, dog and cat toys, flea and tick medicine, dog shampoo, dog and cat treats, and catnip. For more detailed information about needs, visit Animal Care’s wish list at caldwellcountync.info/ACEpantry.

Individuals who need assistance from the pantry can call Animal Care at 828-572-4535 or stop by the shelter at 180 Government Way, Lenoir, Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
