The job posting described the position of Senior Director of Community Engagement as providing oversight and managerial support to the programs in the Community Engagement Field, driving mission-aligned growth and deep community impact. The role also involves collaborating with TIC leadership on communications, fundraising, and program evaluation, focusing specifically on TIC’s TOSS and Common Ground programs.
Blume’s professional background centers on sustainable development, food systems, and community organizing. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in sustainable development and Spanish in 2018. She graduated from the University of Main with a Master of Science in food systems in 2023.
TIC lists three open positions on its website: Translation Science & Technology Director, Translation Consortium Director, and Director of Policy, Government Affairs and Regulatory Strategy.
