Planet Fitness hosts reopening

On Thursday, Jan. 23, the Burke County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for the grand reopening of Planet Fitness at 907 W. Union St. in Morganton. Operations Support Manager Tara Cooke and Club General Manager Bryan Joyner, cut the ribbon alongside team members, friends, and supporters. Also in attendance was special guest, three-time NASCAR Champion Joey Logano; Chairman of the Burke County Commissioners Jeff Brittain; Mayor of Morganton Ronnie Thompson; President and CEO of the Burke County Chamber of Commerce Tonia Stephenson; Chamber Board members Susan Berley and Tonya Little; and Chamber Ambassadors Josh Grant, Gerald Greene, and Andrew Ortiz.
