The provider of comprehensive health care services for seniors in Catawba, Burke, Alexander, Caldwell, and Lincoln counties, has changed its name to Senior TLC.
“We are excited about this new chapter for our organization,” said Emily Jones, executive program director at Senior TLC — Hickory. “Our new name better reflects our dedication to providing senior participants with comprehensive, compassionate care while supporting their independence and quality of life. Senior TLC will always be a place where seniors and their families feel respected, cared for, and supported.”
The decision to adopt the name Senior TLC stems from the organization’s desire to more clearly communicate its mission and vision, which is to encourage and support the quality of life of seniors wishing to continue living in the community.
Senior TLC will continue to offer the full spectrum of services that PACE@Home has been known for, including head-to-toe medical care, rehabilitation, social services, home care, nutrition, transportation, and more. All existing programs, community centers, and staff remain the same, ensuring a seamless transition for current participants and caregivers.
Senior TLC remains committed to helping seniors live vibrant, healthy lives in the comfort of their homes and communities. Our integrated care model allows older adults to receive medical treatment, social support, and long-term care under one roof.
The full Senior TLC service area includes portions of Burke County as well as Alexander, Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rutherford, Union, and portions of Caldwell and Stanly counties.
