Teramore Development has developed Publix Food & Pharmacy, Dunkin’ Donuts, Sleep Number, Vitamin Shoppe and other retail operations.

Teramore Development will appear before Morganton Planning and Zoning Commission to request a zoning change at 1807 S. Sterling St., a parcel adjacent to this corner lot, to allow for a new Dollar General.
