Members of both the JV and varsity volleyball teams at Patton High School recently packed blessing bags, some filled with food and some with toiletries, for those in the area who were affected the worst by flood and wind damage from Hurricane Helene on Sept. 27. The bags were dropped off at the Foothills Higher Education Center in Morganton.
