After being shut down for more than two months because of hurricane flooding, Morganton's Planet Fitness welcomed members back in December to its renovated facility.
Today, the gym celebrates the reopening with a ribbon cutting and a visit from NASCAR's three-time Cup Series champion, Joey Logano. The ribbon cutting will occur at 4:45 p.m. followed by food, giveaways, and raffles — and Logano and his race car — until 7 p.m.Â
Management of Planet Fitness in Morganton say the location will be reopening soon.
