JACOB CHRISTOPHER / THE PAPERA touch of the music industry is coming to Hudson, as Nashville-based The Ward Organization (TWO) announced on Monday that it is acquiring CaseWorx in Hudson.
Founded in 2014, CaseWorx manufactures and installs custom cabinetry, millwork, doors, stairs, paneling, and trim for a variety of venues, commercial and residential, across the nation.
“I have worked with this leadership team for years through their coach conversion business,” said John Moore, president of CaseWorx. “I am proud of what we have built at CaseWorx over more than a decade, and I am excited about the opportunities their management brings. Our people are the reason this company works.”
TWO plans to consolidate all of its coach conversion operations in Hudson under Encore Conversion Group (ECG). ECG develops luxury coaches for musicians and crews touring the U.S. and Canada.
With the slogan, “Serving Music,” ECG turns a bus shell into “a boutique hotel room on wheels.” CaseWorx has been a vendor for ECG, building the millwork and assemblies that go into the coaches.
This acquisition consolidates the two into one area, while allowing the Hudson-based manufacturer to keep the unique CaseWorx name.

JACOB CHRISTOPHER / THE PAPER“CaseWorx has built its reputation on craftsmanship and doing what it says it will do,” said Amanda Stophel, founder and chief operating officer of TWO. “That’s the kind of company we want in our family. Bringing Encore Conversion Group to Hudson puts our luxury entertainer coach builds side by side with a team that knows fine millwork. This region has generations of woodworking talent, and we plan to invest here for the long term.”
The Caldwell Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Monday at noon.
