David William Kirk III and Sarah Nicole Unger were married on July 18, 2026, in Steamboat Springs, Colo., in an outdoor ceremony set against gorgeous mountain views.
A double rainbow appeared to bless the occasion. Guests celebrated afterward at a lively reception with dinner, music, and dancing into the night.
The groom is the son of Dr. David and Andrea Kirk of Morganton, N.C. The bride is the daughter of Mark and Lisa Unger of Armonk, N.Y.
The bride graduated from Byram Hills High School in 2017 and earned a B.S. in Entertainment Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia in 2021. She works as a freelance experiential producer.
The groom graduated from Patton High School in 2016 and earned a degree in Biology from Centre College in Danville, Ky., in 2020. He works in medical sales serving Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado.
The couple resides in Golden, Colo., and will honeymoon in Thailand in January.
