A real estate firm with a strong presence in Burke County is expanding its services as business growth continues across Western North Carolina.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blue Ridge REALTORS® has launched a new Commercial and Industrial Division aimed at supporting economic development and business expansion in the region.
The division will focus on helping entrepreneurs, developers and investors navigate commercial real estate opportunities, including retail locations, hospitality projects, and manufacturing sites.
“Our region continues to attract attention for its growth, quality of life, and business potential,” said CEO Michael Watts. “With the launch of our Commercial and Industrial Division, we are committed to helping clients capitalize on these opportunities with expert guidance and a results-driven approach.”
The new division is staffed by brokers with specialized experience in commercial and industrial real estate. Their work will include site selection, project development support and connecting businesses with available properties across Western North Carolina.
Watts said the expansion is designed to meet growing demand as more businesses look to locate or expand in communities like Morganton and Burke County.
The firm will also leverage its national and international network through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to connect local properties with buyers, tenants and investors beyond the region.
The launch comes as the region continues to see interest from businesses drawn by its workforce, location, and quality of life.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blue Ridge REALTORS® offers residential, land and luxury real estate services in addition to its new commercial and industrial division.
