In addition to her parents, Loree was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew “Andy” Wilson; son, Darren Wilson; brothers, Sam, Bob, John, and Lawrence Duval; and sisters, Ruby Clarke Juskie, Hattie Spaulding, and Pauline Duval.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2026, at Sossoman Funeral Home. A celebration of Loree’s life will follow at noon in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with (honorific?) Johnny Duval officiating. Honors will be provided by the NC Nurse’s Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions may be made to Burke United Christian Ministries, 576 E. Fleming Drive, Morganton, NC 28655 or the March of Dimes (marchofdimes.org/donate).
