NAACP Political Committee Action's Carla Kincaid urged attendees to vote and to encourage the same for their friends and family. Spread throughout the table were informational materials about voting registration, sample ballots, and voter fact sheets. A van took numerous attendees to the Burke County Senior Center around 12:30 p.m. for their turn to cast their votes. The NAACP is working to clock-in around a million voters this election season. Kincaid encouraged people to volunteer at their polling places.
