Get ready to dance: Fox and Company returns to TGIF May 30

Friday, May 30.

Get ready for an evening of classic favorites when local favorites Fox & Company roll into Morganton to take the TGIF stage on Friday, May 30.
The dance band is based out of the Morganton/Lenoir/Hickory area and has been entertaining western and central North Carolina audiences since 2008.
Fox & Company has played more than 400 shows during their time together. According to bass player Alan McGalliard, the current lineup is composed of seasoned musicians who love what they do.
McGalliard and his cousins, lead singers Steve and Mike Fox, make up the core “family” portion of the band. They’re joined onstage by drummer Brian Beane, lead and rhythm guitarist Lance Main, and John Crisp, who plays lead guitar, keyboards, and sax.
The band delivers music from a variety of genres including, but not limited to, classic rock, Southern rock, rock, country rock, country, bluegrass, soul, blues, R&B, beach, shag, oldies, and Top 40. Their 400-song catalog ensures a full night of favorites for audiences.
TGIF food and beverage vendors will open at 6 p.m. and music begins at 7. Attendees should bring chairs or picnic blankets, and their dancing shoes, but leave the pets and coolers at home. They are not allowed at TGIF shows.
