Aaaaargh mateys! I am Captain Jack, and I’m ready to swashbuckle my way into your heart.
Actually, I’m not really all that into swashbuckling. I’m a super chill guy, and naps on the bed are much more my style. I love to sleep with my foster mama, be petted, and occasionally play with some toys. I was rescued when I showed up at someone’s house and didn’t want to leave.
I am just a sweet, tomcat with a few battle scars from my younger days on the streets. I had an injured eye that was removed when I was neutered. It is all healed up, and most of my fur has grown back in from my surgery. Don’t worry, my eyesight limitation doesn’t slow me down one bit; I can spot a treat from across the room with perfect accuracy. I have been the best boy in my foster home. I get along wonderfully with other cats and kittens. My foster brother, Traffic Cone, especially adores me! We would love a home together.
I’m just a gentle soul who would love to find my forever crew, drop anchor, and perhaps watch some pirate movies. For more information, call The Mews Herald at 828-475-6732, email info@thecatscradle.org, or fill out an adoption application at www.thecatscradle.org/adopt.
