The Un-Pearable is a blend of Absolut Pear Vodka, Amaretto, ginger, pear nectar, cinamon, nutmeg, and fresh lemon juice.

The Ahi and Avocado appetizer had a hint of spicy heat, thanks in part to the ginger and togarashi mayo. Togarashi is a Japanese spice blend.

The Fourth Street Scallops combined the exotic with local flavors. The seared scallops were served with Ashe County cheddar polenta, smoky baba ghanoush, feta, fried chickpeas, kohlrabi, pine nuts, and Tasso ham. A pomegranate molasses was drizzled over the scallops.

The Duck a l’Orange is thrice-cooked crispy duck leg with house apricot-orange glaze, pickled kohlrabi, and housemade black rice risotto.

The Blackberry Wine Cake was infused with German wine.
