Olive Garden is set to open its doors in Morganton in November 2025 at the location previously occupied by Fatz Cafe. Meanwhile, the recently opened ABC Store in Morganton is gearing up for its grand opening event on February 24, after welcoming customers on February 17. 

Burke residents can look forward to an upgraded and expanded ABC Store opening in February at the former location of The Salvation Army in the Tannery Square plaza. With a 40% increase in inventory, the official grand opening on Feb. 24 will feature special tastings and allocated bourbons, promising a WOW shopping experience for all visitors.
