One of the largest regional shopping centers in the area, Morganton Heights, is now on the market for $36.2 million. The complex features well-known stores like Belk, Dick’s Sporting Goods, PetSmart, T.J. Maxx, and Staples, spanning nearly 285,000 rentable square feet across 61.26 acres.
