Could passenger train service for Burke become a reality?

It’s been nearly half a century since western North Carolina residents last woke up in the morning in a drizzling rain, looked around the curve, and saw a passenger train. But thanks to a boxcar full of federal funding, they might soon hear that train a-comin,’ rolling ‘round the bend once more.
