One couldn’t ask for a more beautiful day on Sunday, May 17, to have the annual Woofstock fundraiser for the Burke County Animal Services Foundation. Silver Fork Winery served as the ideal backdrop for a day of live music, a silent auction, adoptable pets, wine, food, and, of course, opportunities to show some love to our four-legged friends.
The nonprofit foundation supports the programs and services of the Burke Animal Resource Center, which is operated by Burke County. The center relocated in April to its new facility at 636 Kirksey Drive in Morganton. Learn more about the foundation at burkecountyanimalservicesfoundation.com.
