Tim Biddix, owner of the car wash that has been forced to close by the giant sinkhole next to the Morganton Post Office, reported that a Thursday afternoon meeting had been set between City of Morganton engineers, engineers working for the U.S. Postal Service, and the N.C. Department of Transportation. The meeting was closed to the public.
