Heritage Middle School's Lady Eagles softball team visited county foe Walter Johnson in Morganton on Thursday for a Foothills Athletic Conference doubleheader. Heritage won the games, 21-0 and 20-0, to improve its record to 2-1 for the season.
The Eagles also swept the squads' baseball twinbill, winning by scores of 14-4 and 14-0. That also lifted Heritage to 2-1 on the season in baseball.
